Food

All meals are offered and taken at the University of Lausanne. All the food provided will be vegan. We will adapt to participants who have allergies. Click on the rectangles below to learn more about each meal. You can also read this post for some infos.

Breakfast

Breakfast will be taken in the halls of the University from 7 to 9 AM. We are collaborating with local bakeries and shops to have the best quality products.

Lunch

Lunch will be provided by the University restaurant (vegan as well).

Supper

Supper will be cooked by our wonderful team of volunteers with the help of a professional cooker. We are trying to use local, organic and unsold food. It will take place at the University at the cafeteria (juts outside the main conference room).
